The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: €1.60 per adult per day and €0.80 per child per night.
An additional €125 will be charged per stay for the final cleaning.
Pets are allowed ON INQUIRY for a fee of 25 EUR / per night, per 1 pet. The pet fee is paid in cash on arrival. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. If you plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce us about species and weight.
Security deposit will be charged 300 EUR in cash at the Check-In. If everything remains in order, the full sum will be returned to you at the Check-Out.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival
Free cancellation with full refund until 65 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
If You cancel your booking within 64 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation terms in the booking offer You received, override the cancellation terms in this section. Kindly review the booking offer carefully to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later on.
