The 300 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is in order, there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.

Pool heating is optional, and it costs 25 EUR per night of stay. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days before arrival, as the heat pump needs some time to warm up the water. Pool heating is charged only for the entire stay.

Pet fee: 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet (paid in cash on arrival). Maximum 2 well-behaved small pets are welcome to stay. If You plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce Your pets: what species and weight.

25% prepayment with booking

75% payment until 35 days before arrival

If You cancel your booking within 90 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.

Free cancellation with full refund until 91 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
