Villa Oasis

The 800 EUR security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. If everything is in order, there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Only pets weighing 15 kg or more are subject to a pet fee of 10 EUR per night per pet, payable in cash upon arrival. Pets under 15 kg stay free of charge. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know their species and weight in advance.

25% prepayment

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

Free cancellation with full refund until 91 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 90 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.

Cancellation terms in the booking offer You received, override the cancellation terms in this section. Kindly review the booking offer carefully to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later on.
