Pets are not allowed to sleep in beds or on the living room couch/sofa. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.
The refundable security deposit of 400 EUR is due in cash upon Check-In. If everything is in order and there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.
Pet fee: 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet (paid in cash on arrival). Maximum 2 well-behaved pets are welcome to stay. If You plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce Your pets: what species and weight.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival
If You cancel your booking within 60 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
Free cancellation with full refund until 61 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
