The refundable security deposit of 300 EUR is due in cash upon Check-In. If everything is in order and there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.

Pet fee: 15 EUR per night, per 1 pet (paid in cash on arrival). Maximum 1 well-behaved pet is welcome. If You plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce Your pets: what species and weight.

Pool heating is optional, and it costs 30 EUR per night (cash payment upon arrival). Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days before arrival, as the heat pump needs some time to warm up the water. Pool heating is charged only for the entire stay.

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation with full refund until 121 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
