The 800 EUR security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer. It is the owner's policy to hold the deposit for up to 7 days. If after a thorough inspection everything is found to be in good condition, the owner will refund the guest the full amount via bank transfer.

Pet fee: 10 EUR per night, per pet (payable via bank transfer before arrival). Maximum 2 small, well-behaved pets are allowed only upon prior inquiry and approval. Larger pets are strictly not allowed. If you plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce your pets: what species and weight.

75% paid until 35 days before arrival

If You cancel your booking within 64 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.

Cancellation terms in the booking offer You received, override the cancellation terms in this section. Kindly review the booking offer carefully to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later on.

Free cancellation with full refund until 65 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.
