The owner lives in a separate apartment behind the building. After a friendly welcome at check-in, they respect your full privacy with zero interaction or view of guest areas.

The refundable security deposit of 200 EUR is due in cash upon Check-In. If everything is in order and there is no damage or excessive dirt in the property, and there are no violations of the house rules (parties, too loud music), the full amount will be refunded upon Check-Out.

Check-Out: until 10:00 h

Pets are not allowed.

25% prepayment with booking

75% payment until 35 days before arrival

Free cancellation with full refund until 65 days (or more) before arrival date. In case of a full refund, a 50 EUR fee will be deducted from the prepayment amount to cover accounting costs.

If You cancel your booking within 64 days of Your arrival date, all amounts that You've paid are non-refundable. If You miss the payment deadline, the booking will be canceled.

Cancellation terms in the booking offer You received, override the cancellation terms in this section. Kindly review the booking offer carefully to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later on.
